Hello, I am Hornet. Also known as thayanora to people from NaNo and Basha and/or Anise to anyone else. Plus my real-life name, but I’m not saying that. Why Hornet, you might ask? Because I like bees, but Bee seemed to blank and Bumblebee seemed to cutsey. Plus, Hornet might give you the impression that I’m some cool hardcore mortercyclist with tattoos (I’m not).

I enjoy writing, reading, staring off into space, playing dead on my floor, and music. I am sixteen and female and live in the New England area of the USA. I’m an atheist and also a Unitarian Universalist, which basically means I don’t care what you believe as long as you’re respectful about it. I’m not that political. I do support gay rights and consider myself a feminist, and also am a fan of People Generally Being Nice.

I mostly started this blog as a way to make my thoughts make sense, but who knows where it will go? You will see if you read it. So go read it. Or not. You don’t have to. I promise I won’t be offended.
